Permanent Discontinuation Policy
In case you no longer wish to use our piped natural gas permanently, a written request (for) about permanent disconnection can be sent to our Customer Care Office, prior to making such request kindly ensure that no payables are pending against you. On receipt of the request our authorized person will visit your premises and disconnect the gas connection.
